Nevada continues to attract buyers relocating for a job, a lifestyle change, or the state's tax advantages, no state income tax, along with access to Lake Tahoe and a lower cost of living than much of California at a similar quality of life. What makes relocation different from a local move is the compressed timeline: you are often trying to understand an entire market, its neighborhoods, its price points, its commute patterns, in the same weeks you are also planning an actual move.

I work relocation buyers regularly, including buyers moving for an executive role, a business expansion, or a liquidity event who need to move quickly without sacrificing the due diligence a normal timeline would allow.
