I’ve worked with a lot of sellers over the years in Reno, especially in areas like Montreux, ArrowCreek, Somersett, Southwest Reno, and Old Southwest Reno, and the truth is:

The best time to sell is when your life says it’s time — not when headlines say it’s time.


The Question Most Sellers Are Really Asking

When someone asks me:

“Is now a good time to sell?”

What they’re really asking is:
