Ridgeline at Caramella Ranch is a Toll Brothers community inside Damonte Ranch, and it is open to buyers of every age. The homes are single-level, designed in modern farmhouse, modern cottage and modern ranch styles, with landscaped yards built for the high desert.

Toll Brothers also builds Regency at Caramella Ranch next door, which is a separate 55+ community. If you are touring the area, it helps to know which one you are looking at.

Buying New Construction Here

Buying from a builder is different from buying a resale home. Most new home builders ask that your agent come with you, or register you, on your first visit to the sales office, so bring me in before you walk in. Having your own agent costs you nothing extra on most new builds and means someone is looking out for you on lot choice, upgrades, timing and the contract.
